What CNShopper charges, how long it stores your items, what its QC photos cost and how long shipping takes, from CNShopper's own pages, plus how to order a find from this spreadsheet.
CNShopper fees, storage and shipping
How long does CNShopper store items for free?
CNShopper keeps eligible items free for up to 90 days after they reach its warehouse.
Are CNShopper's QC photos free?
When an item reaches the warehouse you get QC photos and basic details to review before it ships; more detailed inspection costs extra.
Can I return an item bought through CNShopper?
Return or exchange requests have to be made within a limited time after an item reaches the warehouse, much shorter than the 90-day storage, so check QC photos as soon as they arrive.
How is CNShopper shipping charged?
You pay in two steps: the item price and any Chinese delivery fee first, then international shipping by parcel weight and size once your items are packed.
Is there a CNShopper sign-up coupon?
New CNShopper accounts get up to $300 in coupons, as coupons with minimum spends. It is CNShopper's own offer.
From CNShopper's own pages (storage, QC inspection, payment steps), checked 2 Oct 2026. Agents change their terms, so confirm on cnshopper.com before you pay.
Ordering a find through CNShopper
- Find the item here and press Buy, or paste any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link (or another agent's link) into the CNShopper link converter. A CNShopper product link is goods/detail with the item number and the platform (weidian, taobao or 1688). The converter reads those two values from any agent's link and writes the CNShopper version.
- On cnshopper.com, pick the size and colour and pay for the item.
- CNShopper buys it from the seller and photographs it at its warehouse for you to check.
- When your haul is ready, combine it into one parcel and choose a shipping line.
Ordering any find above takes a free CNShopper account.
